The location was wonderful in the Soufriere area and the staff here was top-class. Besides, we were close to the wonderful Sugar Beach nearby, free shuttle, and botanical garden😀👍

great views but some service hiccups
Our villa with a private plunge pool had fine ocean views. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly. The garden views around the resort were captivating.
Service delays during dinner were an issue at times.

We had a fabulous stay for this February.
the restaurant here was great for dinner and lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes. we had an electric kettle, fridges, and kitchenware. the staff was very, very nice, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

My stay was really lovely for this February. Greatly enjoyed the a double room with luxurious bathroom, and amazing and incredible location down the lonely hill to the saddest sight of two black dogs on very SHORT chains who seemed starved for attention.

The views from our villa were fine, with a perfect outlook over the ocean and Petit Piton. We loved the private pool. It seemed like our personal oasis. The Mango Tree restaurant served an excellent selection of regional dishes, showcasing fresh ingredients. Breakfasts were particularly good, especially the mango harvested right from the hotel. Our villa offered a good layout, with a spacious living area. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the common areas didn't cool the space effectively during the heat of the day. While the staff were mostly attentive, we did experience some delays with service, especially during dinner where meals took longer than expected. The lack of evening entertainment, and we missed having a TV in the villa for downtime. The mosquito situation was quite a nuisance. I recommend bringing strong bug spray as we found them swarming in the evenings. Despite these inconveniences, the overall tranquility and beauty of the resort were nice.
